Delivery Method
Anpez and its personnel collaborated and partnered with some local and foreign institutions in actualizing the set targets of the scheme. Some of these institutions are the National Root Crop Research Institute, Umudike, Abia Sate, African Regional Aquaculture center Aluu, Rivers State, Rivers Agricultural Development Programme (ADP) Acceptable Fish Associates in Rivers State, and  Songhai Farms in Poto Novo, Benin Republic.
N-AGENDA farmers were taken to some of these centers for training and exposure in farm management and other techniques. Support pack like cassava cuttings, plantain suckers, pineapple suckers, piglets, fingerlings, day old chicks, feeds for animals, medications for animals, fertilizers, cutlass, rakes, hoes, solar rechargeable lights, drinking trough, feeding trough, insecticides, and herbicides.

Monitoring and Evaluation
To ascertain the level of impact made by the intervention of the N-AGENDA scheme to the beneficiary farmers, Anpez conducted a monitoring and evaluation exercise of farmers across the eight spread. The report of the M&E revealed the level farmers have utilized the knowledge and skill acquired in the course of the programme. Some farmers have actually moved from their mono cropping and farming system to integrated method of farming thereby improving on their income.
Some of the key performance indicators observed during the M&E exercise were;

  • Farm expansion.
  • Improved farming skills
  • Use of modern farm tools
  • Framers Co-operatives
  • All year planting.

As at date, the programme is running with over 300 beneficiary farmers who have received one form of support and training and the Association formed by the farmers is going to be use as a front for other development institutions and agencies.
